Body Tempering™

Body tempering is a form of soft tissue mobilization performed by both active rolling and direct pressure from weighted cylinders across areas of the body. By using multiple different weights, and having a larger surface area of the cylinders, this helps disperse the weight evenly, giving you the feeling of significant pressure without it being painful. Can help to improve flexibility and muscle tissue pliability as well as influencing long term, positive changes in strength and training time.
